Appraisers work for the lender, so their written report may affect your ability to borrow. Bill will give you tips to help get the best report possible from an appraiser.

Inspection

A home inspection is an important informational tool in the home-buying process. Being a general contractor, Bill knows exactly what to bring to the attention of the inspector. Bill will work closely with the inspector to be sure no detail is overlooked.

Loan Approval

Bill knows just how important it is to work hand in hand with a mortgage broker to be sure all the requirements are fulfilled in the loan approval process. As a licensed mortgage broker, Bill will closely follow the performance of a loan, keep you informed, and work with lenders if restructuring is necessary.

Closing

Bill strives for smooth closings by providing the best ser vice possible throughout the transaction. He will keep you informed, help you with your walk through, as well as setting up schools and utilities. He has a processor who will assist you through the closing. Bill believes that clients should have an attorney representing them during closing, and he has a large network of referrals if one is needed.
